Appearing in our lives, pets sometimes change it abruptly. We offer you some examples of how animals were able to change people's lives for the better.
Animals that saved children
Dog pui from Thailand, she found a newborn girl wrapped in a bag in a dump and brought it to the owner, who took the unfortunate baby to the hospital and thereby saved the child’s life.
Dog Mkombozy from Kenya discovered a tiny child in the forest. A brave dog, carrying a newborn, crossed a busy highway, crossed the barbed wire fence and placed the baby in a booth, along with his puppies. In the morning, the children heard crying and told their parents that there was a baby in the dog’s “house”.
AND Tula kitten, although he did not save the life of his six-year-old mistress, Iris Grace, but, nevertheless, changed her for the better. Iris has autism, but she is very attached to the pet, and Tula seems to know what is best for the girl - the cat adapts to the actions of the hostess, reassures if she is afraid, and entertains if the little mistress is sad. Before the kitten, Iris lived very hard, but, having made friends with Tula, the girl even started talking!
Animals, thanks to which the owners began a new life
James Bowen was a street musician and suffered from drug addiction. He completely lost the meaning of life and plunged into ever greater despair, until a redhead met on his way stray cat bob. Caring for a new friend made James take a fresh look at his life, helped to become a popular musician, get acquainted with a girl and establish relationships with his father. James Bowen wrote a book about how a cat changed his life, and the book became the basis for the feature film, which in 2017 was called "The Best British Film."
Labrador Marley appeared in the Grogan family at the wrong time and with his destructive behavior caused them a lot of trouble. However, the dog gave the owners a truly invaluable gift: he taught them to love disinterestedly, showed what is really important, and helped to become a real family. A book was written about Marley and a feature film was shot.
Sometimes all you need to change your life is ... buy zoo! This is exactly what the family did (widowed father and two children). And although the company seemed unprofitable and almost hopeless, the zoo was able to return to life. True, for this I had to work hard - mainly on myself. This story formed the basis of the film "We bought a zoo."
How animals have changed the lives of cities and countries
In the Australian town of Dampier appears ginger stray dog. It seems - well, what's wrong with that? Nevertheless, this creature manages to change the lives of all the inhabitants of the town, giving joy and saving from depression. Louis de Bernires wrote a book about this dog, based on which the feature film "The Red Dog" was shot.
Everyone knows that in the 30s of the twentieth century, the United States plunged into the darkness of the Great Depression. It has never been so hard for the people of America.Many, alas, could not cope with difficulties. However, in 1938, optimism and faith in the best for the Americans returned ... a horse! Thoroughbred Horse Rusk receives the title "Horse of the Year" and becomes a symbol of hope for an entire nation. The life of this horse formed the basis of two films at once: “Favorite” and “Favorite History”.
Of course, we will not be able to list all the animals that have ever changed people's lives. These are just a few examples of how important pets are to us.
